Classic Nevada: two metal cattle troughs, the so-called cowboy tubs, plus a soft-bottomed pool, out on public land southeast of Austin in the Big Smoky Valley. Pipes carry source water at around 130 degrees, and soakers divert the flow to set the temperature, so test with a hand before you climb in. It's free and reached by a graded dirt road off NV 376. There are no toilets, no drinking water and no services of any kind. Bring everything you need and carry everything out; the BLM runs volunteer cleanups here for a reason.
